Return Policy

If something is not right, please contact us right away. We will exchange or refund you within 15 days of delivery date.

Please ensure you have complied with the following Return Policy:

• the item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging
• the products must be shipped back to wtfJeans Store (wtfJeans, 77 route de Romains, 67200 Strasbourg, France) within 15 days from the date in which the order was delivered.
• Please contact: return-at-wtfJeans.com or +33 6 09 24 41 01 to request a return.

It must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please include all product-packing materials.

Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. If everything is acceptable and approved, we will refund you the cost of merchandised paid to wtfJeans. We will not refund you the cost of shipping or the cost of taxes and duties charged by any other organization other than wtfJeans. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT SEND CASH!

Your submission of personal information through wtfJeans is governed by our privacy policy. We respect your privacy. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. Your transaction is securely handled via La Banque Postale. We don not have access to payment information nor will it be stored on our web site.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion and control, cancel quantities if we run out of stock or an item is completely sold out. We can put the order on hold for up to three to four weeks to allow us to re-order your desired model and size. We will attempt to notify you by contacting you by email from the information provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The Colors Displayed on our Web Site

We have made every effort to ensure the quality of pictures that are displayed on the site to appear as accurately as possible according to your computer's monitor screens. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's screen will display pictures accurately or colours as they appear in real life.

Shipping Rates

No matter which country you're from shipping charge is 9€. You will pay that together with your order. Price of the jeans and shipping price are separately marked at "Confirmation of payment" page.

Taxes and Duties

For outside EU Residence, we will not be responsible of charging you the taxes when you place an order through wtfJeans.
