We have looked at dozens of shipping companies, and choose them based on not only their price, but their reputation and our experience with them in terms of reliability, care and speed
Our WTFBox is a work of art. We have selected the exact right size box, of course, but also covered the top with a beautiful picture of your jeans inside. The box itself is shrink-wrapped to keep it protected, and your jeans inside (complete with owners manual containing 2 radiation shields) are protected inside a faraday-cage anti-static bag.
We look at these jeans as a gadget, more so than fashion, and we believe your experience… even when receiving and opening the box, should be wonderful.
Shipping
The price of the jeans and the price of shipping are indicated separately on the Shopping Cart checkout page.
Each pair of WTFJeans is delicately packed and protected in our WTFBox and delivered via the shipping company we’ve chosen for your area, and might require a signature upon delivery, and you will be highly satisfied! Items that you’ve purchased are usually sent within 48 hours. Orders made over the weekends and on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.
If you are in Europe, wtfJeans will arrive 7-10 working days. For all other countries outside of the European continent, expect arrival in approximately 15-20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it will take for an item to clear customs.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Lightning strikes, floods etc.).
