Delivery

The price of the jeans and the price of shipping are indicated separately on the “Confirmation of Payment” page.

Every WTFJeans is delicately packed and protected in our WTFBox and delivered via Croatia Post and might require a signature upon delivery, you will be highly satisfied! Items that you’ve purchased are usually sent within 48 hours. Orders made over the weekends and on holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

If you are in Europe, wtfJeans will arrive 7-10 working days. For all other countries outside of the European continent, expect arrival in approximately 15-20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).

Return Policy

We want to do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer; we want you to love what you’ve ordered!

But, if something is not right, please contact us Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (Eastern European Time) right away.

We will exchange your product, or refund you within 30 days of your order. Customized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Please ensure you have complied with the following Return Policy:

The original invoice must accompany all returns
The item must be unworn, unwashed, labels/tags attached, not modified or damaged and repacked in it’s original packaging
It must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
The products must be shipped back to WTFJeans Store (WTFJeans, Vlaska 63, Zagreb, Croatia 10000, Europe) within 30 days of your order
Please include all product-packing materials.

Refunds are processed when the item(s) are received. If everything is acceptable and approved, we will refund you the cost of merchandised paid to WTFJeans / Pravi klik d.o.o. We will not refund you the cost of shipping or the cost of taxes and duties charged by any other organization other than WTFJeans / Pravi klik d.o.o.. In the case of returning the goods and returning the funds to the customer who had previously paid for them using one of the credit cards, partly or in the full amount, and regardless of the reason for return, WTFJeans is obliged to process refunds exclusively via AMEX, VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will return the funds to the account of the cardholder on the request of the seller.

We’re collecting only necessary basic data, necessary for our business development and for informing our customers in line with good business practices and in order to provide quality services.

We give customers an option including the decision of whether or not they want to be on the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All information about customers is strictly confidential and available only to employees to whom it is necessary to perform the job. We may need to disclose personal information when required by law, because we think that is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion and control, cancel quantities if we run out of stock or an item is completely sold out. We can put the order on hold for up to four weeks to allow us to re-order your desired model and size. We will attempt to notify you by contacting you by email from the information provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Update products

The Colors Displayed on our Web Site

We have made every effort to ensure the quality of pictures that are displayed on the site toappear as accurately as possible according to your computer’s monitor screens. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s screen will display pictures accurately or colors as they appear in real life.

Payment

All payments are securely handled via T-Com Payment Gateway. When entering yourpayment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form by using SSL and PKI systems, as the most cryptographic technology.

Data security, when shopping, is guaranteeing by payment card processor, T-com PayWay, so because of that the complete process of collection is on the bank site. Not even for a moment your payment card data will be available to our system.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency – kuna (HRK). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price from Euros into Croatian Kuna (HRK) according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Taxes and Duties

WTFJeans cannot be held responsible for any customs/duties charges occurred due to your country’s legislation. North America and Europe are generally issue-free, but to avoid any problems please contact your local customs office for exact details.
